Are you ready for the Dallas Hypnosis Convention?

You are getting this message because you are a member of the Dallas Hypnosis Convention group here on hypnothoughts. Here are a few things to be aware of as you get ready for the best event in 2011 for Professional Hypnosis, to be held April 7-8-9, 2011

.)    If you have any questions about the convention please email us from our webpage or call our office at (800) 390-9535.  Many answers can be found at www.DallasHypnosisConvention.com

.)      If you have not made a hotel reservation, so now.   Discounted rooms may already be gone.  Inexpensive alternatives in nearby Arlington can be found on priceline.com or similar websites.   If you are trying to find a roommate, visit our group forum at http://www.hypnothoughts.com/group/dallashypnosisconvention

.)    If you arrive at DFW airport and need a ride to the hotel, call the Holiday Inn upon arrival to arrange for a shuttle to the hotel.   The hotel phone number is (817) 399-1800

.)    If you have not registered for the convention yet, call our office at (800) 390-9536 today to avoid paying the “at-the-door” rates.    You may register for one day, two days or all three.

.)    Friday night will be our banquet at the Firewalking Institute of Research and Education in Flower Mound (about 20-25 minutes North of the hotel).    The fee for this is $29 and will be collected at the event using cash, check, debit or credit card.  We have a large van to transport guests, and hopefully many people will have cars and will be willing to carpool.    This event is your chance to relax, experience great fellowship, dine on awesome food and both watch people walk on hot coals and to even try it yourself!  The dinner will start promptly at 7:00pm Friday night. Driving directions will be provided at the convention.

.)    Please reply to this email indicate if you intend to come to the Firewalking dinner and banquet so I can give the caterer an estimated head count.  Yes, you may bring a guest or two for dinner, just let me know in advance.

.)    Daily registration will begin promptly at 7:45 and workshops at 8:30 a.m., please be on time.

.)    Ted Shaw (ArtbyShaw.com) will be demonstrating his soul portrait and healing art throught this convention.   For those who have not met Ted, this is a special treat.

.)    All workshops are approved for CEU hours and certificates will be given to participants each day.

.) There are many great featured speakers including Scott Sandland, Richard Nongard, John Cerbone, William Mitchell, and many others.

.) Many special guests including Kevin Cole, John Clessattle and others will be in attendance.  This is your chance to meet some great people in the hypnosis and NLP industry.

.) Tell a friend, it is not too late to register!
