High Nutrient Density Recipe – Bok Choy and Shrimp

www.SuccessFit.com Learn how to cook the foods that help you lose weight! Ingredients fro this recipe 2 stalks of Bok Choy 1 T. Coconut Oil 1 t. Garlic 1 t. Ginger Root (optional) 8-12 cleaned shimp 1/2 cup green beans, snow peas or long beans Bamboo Shoots (Optional) Instructions: Wash Bok Choy, peel shrimp. Put coconut oil in skillet, and add garlic. Let it brown then add green beans and stir 2-3 minutes. Add shrimp, let them turn pink. Then add bok Choy and stir another 4-5 minutes until the stalks are crunchy but the leaves have wilted. YUM! Coule be served on Brown Rice, could also become a vegan recipe by using Tempah, tofu or simply additional vegatables like baby corn and water chestnuts.
